Healing Recommendation
Proverbs 3:7-8, Lamsa
“₇ Be not wise in your own eyes; revere the LORD, and depart from evil.
₈ It shall be healing to your flesh and marrow to your bones.”
Paul’s illness was a caused by Satan
2 Corinthians 12:1-10, Lamsa
“₇ And lest I should be exalted through the abundance of the revelations, there was delivered to me a thorn in my flesh, the angel of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted.
₈ Three times I besought my LORD concerning this thing, that it might depart from me.
₉ And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I would rather boast in my infirmities that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
₁₀ Therefore I am content with infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, and imprisonments for Christ’s sake: for when I am physically weak, then I am mentally strong.”
Job’s boils was caused by Satan

“4 And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man has will he give for his life, to save it.
5 But put forth thy hand now, and touch his flesh or his bone, and he will curse thee to thy face.
7 So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with cancer from the sole of his foot to his brain.
8 And he took a potsherd to scrape himself with it; and he sat down upon ashes.“

“7 So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord, and struck Job with painful boils from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head.“

“7 So Satan left the Lord’s presence, and he struck Job with terrible boils from head to foot.”
God is in control
God may allow Satan to hurt His servants knowing that he has better plans for us and He is in control. He also allows it to test his servant’s faithfulness to Him.

“3 And the LORD said to Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, an innocent and upright man, one who reveres God, and turns away from evil? He still holds fast to his integrity, although you provoked me against him, to destroy him without cause.
6 And the LORD said to Satan, Behold, he is delivered into your hands; only spare his life.“
